What’s my credit limit?

How do I return something?

Returns can be requested by completing our online RMA request. Once this is processed, the returns address and process will be provided.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery cost varies and is dependant on the weight of the package. This will be advised at quote stage

How can I check stock?

You create an account on https://www.stockinthechannel.co.uk/ and check our live feed there or alternatively contact the sales team on 0161 250 0930 or team@mbtechnology.co.uk

When will my order ship if my item(s) are out of stock?

We will always provide an ETA when the order is placed then when a more accurate date is provided by the manufacturer, we will let you know. We always update our customers of any changes throughout the buying process.

What courier do you use?

We use DHL, FedEx and UPS. This varies from order to order but this information can be proivided on request

Where can I see if invoices have been paid?

You will receive a statement of account at the beginning of every month. You can request this or any copy invoices at any point by emailing accounts@mbtechnology.co.uk or calling 0161 250 0934

Do MB Technology provide any other services?

We have recently introduced Advanced Warranty Replacement and a range of UPS maintenance services. Options can be viewed at https://www.mbtechnology.co.uk/services/ups-maintenance/ or you can speak to your account manager to discuss further

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 9am – 5.30PM Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4:00pm every Friday
