What is ISO?
ISO 9001 sets out the requirements of a complete Quality Management System (QMS) that can be adapted to suit any organisation. By scrutinising and streamlining our processes against the QMS, our organisation is now far more able to meet our ambitions for sustainability and growth.
Often a requirement for tender applications and with a strong 30-year history, ISO 9001 is widely seen as the most credible, robust and effective business improvement tool on the market.
ISO certification is based on a three-year audit cycle. Our initial audit took place in two stages. Stage One was a review of our documented Quality Management System. Stage Two looked at the effectiveness of our QMS and led to certification from Centre for Assessment. Centre for Assessment is now required to complete annual review visits over the next two years.
